Business Planner & Training Operations

About the role

IntentCode is launching its IT Education line. We are looking for a founding member who can own the full lifecycle — from KDT proposal writing, HRDS/HRD-Net certification, course design, and training operations to performance management. You will not be just an operator; you will be a planner with a direct seat in 0 → 1 decisions.

Responsibilities

  • ·Plan and apply for KDT (K-Digital Training) and National Tomorrow Learning Card programs
  • ·Design NCS-based curricula across Cloud · DevOps · AI tracks
  • ·Manage HRD-Service certification (HRDS) audits and quality reviews
  • ·Apply for integrated reviews and course adequacy / appropriateness assessments
  • ·Write B2B enterprise training proposals and develop partnerships
  • ·Operate HRD-Net institution / course / trainee management end-to-end
  • ·Register NCS instructors / manage trainer contracts and quality monitoring
  • ·Plan and run trainee recruitment marketing across digital channels
  • ·Plan and operate LMS for remote / in-person / hybrid training
  • ·Manage post-training assessment, completion rate, and employment KPIs

Requirements

  • ·3+ years operating an IT education or vocational training institution
  • ·Experience with KDT, government training, and National Card programs (MoEL)
  • ·Hands-on HRD-Net institution management system experience
  • ·NCS-based course design + HRDS audit response experience
  • ·Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
  • ·Korean MS Office / Hangul writing + intermediate Excel data analysis
  • ·Effective communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • ·Working knowledge of the Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act
  • ·Detail-oriented, accountable, long-term commitment

Preferred

  • ·★ Experience setting up a brand-new training institution (near-required)
  • ·Direct HRDS audit response experience (new institution certification)
  • ·Full-cycle KDT experience: planning → review → operation → settlement
  • ·Curriculum planning experience in Cloud / DevOps / AI domains
  • ·LMS deployment / operation experience or EdTech industry background
  • ·Performance marketing / CRM hands-on experience
  • ·Data-driven decision making and process automation
  • ·IT certifications (AWS, Engineer Information Processing, etc.)
  • ·Customer service / inquiry handling experience
